welcome!
Welcome to my e-portfolio! This e-portfolio's purpose is to display a Unit Plan on Economic Principles geared towards secondary age students primarily 10th grade Civics and Economics students. The goal is to gain real world application of personal financial awareness.
My name is Brittany Smith and I am a junior at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington studying political science with a license to teach secondary social studies. I adore living by the ocean because it is my favorite place to be. Among my friends, I am known for being a little kid at heart. This is due to things like my love of cartoons and superheroes such as Toy Story and Superman. This could be contributed to by the fact that I am the oldest child in my family and have much younger siblings that keep me connected to the joy and simplicity of being a kid. My family is incredibly important to me. We are very close and I talk to someone in my immediately family almost every day even though they are four hours away.
